Let’s Ban Heat Seeking Bullets

I support the Anti Terrorism in Aviation Act, as long as it only strictly limits the use of heat seeking .50 cal. bullets. The stupid, you can cut it with a ~~fork~~ chainsaw. Does anyone know where I can get some pre-ban heat seeking bullets?
